Kina Grannis’ track from her album, <i>Stairwells</i> , pays homage to the sun and the beautiful things manifested beneath its warm rays. Kina remembers the enchanting moment that inspired her to pen “Mr. Sun:” “I wrote this song when I was moving into a new apartment. I remember just sitting in the middle of a big room on wood floor – there was no furniture yet – and the sun was coming through the window. Then this song just…came out.”
